The pre-discharge Bankruptcy Workshop was made mandatory by changes in the Bankruptcy code that went into effect in October 2005. The workshop is conducted in a group classroom setting at our 1050 University Avenue Office in Rochester, and covers the following topics:

+ The "Economic Way of Thinking," or choosing between wants and needs.

+ Developing sound financial habits for handling money.

+ Understanding and developing budgeting skills and financial management concepts.

+ Setting long and short term goals and planning to achieve them.

+ Understanding and using credit.

+ And much more.

Seating is limited so be sure to register today.

There will be a $50.00 fee per person for this workshop. Fee is payable by money order only. You will also need to have your bankruptcy filing number with you at the time of the workshop.
